Pet Friendly Policies

Pets are welcome and for a good coexistence between humans and

pets we have the following rules:

• At the time of booking, you must inform the number of pets and their size;

• We accept a maximum of 03 (three) small animals (up to 10KG) per suite OR 02 (two) medium-sized animals (from 10.1KG to 25KG) per suite OR 01 (one) large animal (over 25.1KG) per suite;

• Each animal's vaccination card is requested at the time of booking and a copy must be sent via WhatsApp or email. Vaccines such as Rabies and V10 must be updated annually. We reserve the right to refuse any pet that does not present or has an up-to-date vaccination card;

• There is a charge for your pet's stay, which should be discussed with our staff when requesting your quote; To make your pet feel welcomed by our team, your pet will receive a kit for exclusive use at the inn, containing: 1 hygienic mat, 1 bed, 2 food points, 1 blanket and 1 pillow. We donate a percentage (10%) of the amount to the NGO Bicho é Bom located in our city (@ongbichoebom);

• In case of damage or loss of any item mentioned above or other items from the inn or even items from other guests and employees, the guardian will be charged for the damages at the time of check-out according to the price list available at reception.

• We recommend NOT leaving your pet alone in the housing unit, however, if this is the owner's choice, they must be aware that any damage caused must be compensated as per the information above.

• It is the owner's sole responsibility to clean up any waste left by the pet in any area of the guesthouse, disposing of it in exclusive and marked bins;

• Pets can move around in common areas but must always be on a leash and accompanied by their owner for their own safety and that of other guests.

• Pets are not allowed in the bathtubs of premium category rooms or in the pool in the common area.

• Animals are not disposable, abandoning or mistreating them is a crime according to Federal Law No. 14,064/20. After verifying a period of more than 24 hours of the pet alone in the accommodation or in any environment of the inn, we at Encantos de Socorro reserve the right to take action by legal means so that the guardians are held responsible for such act and we will forward the pet to a local veterinarian or specialized home for custody and care of the same, at the expense and costs of its respective guardian.

• The accommodation will only be cleaned if the pet is not inside the suite. The owner must place the signage provided outside the room door so that cleaning can be carried out by 1:00 pm. After this time, our team will not clean the accommodation.
