Pre-booking, Reservation and Confirmation:

  • Reservations can be made through the following channels: WhatsApp, email, telephone call, OTAs or official social networks of Pousada Encantos de Socorro.

  • When making a reservation, regardless of the chosen channel, the guest accepts and agrees to Our General Policies which establish the terms of service provision by Pousada Encantos de Socorro from reservation to checkout, as well as defining reciprocal rules.

  • A reservation is considered confirmed after payment has been agreed between the parties and the booking voucher has been issued by the Inn, regardless of the form of communication.

  • Before finalizing a reservation by direct purchase by credit card, the customer must be aware of and agree to the Accommodation Policy and the Reservation Cancellation and/or guest no-show Rules.

  • In the case of a reservation request made via Bank Deposit, PIX, TED, DOC or bank transfer, the customer must send proof of payment to the Inn within 24 hours, this period is considered pre-reservation and becomes a reservation only after confirmation by the Inn's financial department.

 

Daily rates:

  • Daily rates start from 2pm to 10pm and end at 12pm the next day.

  • The guest is aware that he/she must vacate the accommodation before 12:00 pm on the last day of the stay, with no time tolerance. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the charging of additional fees, the amount being R$50.00 (fifty Reais) for each hour, limited to two hours. Above this time, half a day will be charged for departures up to 6:00 pm and a full day for departures after 6:00 pm. Values limited to 2 (two) people, additional guests will be charged R$25.00 for each hour for a maximum of 2 hours, an additional half day for departures up to 6:00 pm and an additional day for departures after 6:00 pm.

 

Check-in and Payment:

  • Guests must check in at the Pousada Encantos de Socorro reception desk. Due to the requirements of Ordinance 177 of September 13, 2011 from the MTur, guests must provide all the information on the National Accommodation Registration Form (FNRH), which is sent via the booking confirmation link issued by the Pousada Encantos de Socorro reservations department.

  • The balance of payment for daily rates booked in advance must be paid at the time of check-in. The same applies to last-minute and over-the-counter reservations.

  • The Inn accepts payment of daily rates and expenses using credit and debit cards in the name of the guest, as well as any other type of financial transaction carried out via applications.

  • Payments made using credit cards held by anyone other than the guest will not be accepted.

  • Upon guest checkout, excess amounts will be charged for the consumption of products and services during their stay, as well as any damages and subtractions that may occur.

Early check-in and late check-out:

The Inn does not allow early check-in for guests, except upon request prior to the check-in date, subject to availability and upon payment of additional fees, which are as follows:

A fee of R$50.00 (fifty Reais) will be charged for each hour, limited to two hours. Above this time, a half-day fee will be charged for departures up to 6pm and a full day fee for departures after 6pm, as well as check-in after 10am with a half-day fee (breakfast not included) and a full day fee for check-in before 10am. Prices limited to 2 (two) people, additional guests will be charged R$25.00 for each hour for a maximum of 2 hours, an additional half-day fee for check-out until 6pm or check-in after 10am and an additional day fee for check-out after 6pm or check-in before 10am.

Guests under 18 years of age:

  • If minors under 18 are accompanied only by a guardian, other than their parents, it will be necessary to present, at the time of check-in, a document authorizing the minor's accommodation, written and signed by the parents or legal guardians, with a notarized signature.

  • All minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age will be required to present a photo ID at the time of check-in, proving their identity and parentage, even if accompanied by their parents.

  • In compliance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, accommodation of minors under 18 years of age is not permitted unless accompanied by their parents or an authorized guardian.

 

Reservation cancellation and guest no-show:

  • If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation date, the guest must notify Pousada Encantos de Socorro in writing. Within 168 hours, 35% of the total reservation amount will be refunded. After the 168-hour period, there will be no refunds or returns; the guest has the option of crediting the amount deposited for a period of 6 months, subject to availability and adjustment of amounts according to the updated price list. In the case of rescheduling, there will be no refund of any amounts in the event of cancellation of this rescheduling regardless of the time before the check-in date. In addition, only one rescheduling is permitted within the stipulated period of 6 months. If the option is to cancel with refund of amounts in accordance with the aforementioned deadlines, this will be done within 24 hours from the written communication of the guest through any of our official communication channels. The amounts will only be returned to the same owner who made the initial payment; under no circumstances will the refund be made to a third party account.

  • Cancellation of stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash reimbursement or credit for new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate.

  • In the case of reservations made through partner websites, requests to cancel or change the reservation date must be made directly on the website or partner responsible for the reservation, following specific procedures and, in the event of a date change, it will be subject to availability.

  • In case of no-show of the guest, the amount of the reservation confirmation deposit will be considered a charge, i.e., non-refundable.

  • A no-show is considered a no-show, for the purposes of incurring a fine and cancelling the reservation, when the guest does not check in at Pousada Encantos de Socorro by 11:59 pm on the day chosen by the guest for their arrival.

  • The reservation will be automatically cancelled if the guest does not show up by 11:59pm and does not inform the Inn that they will arrive after this time.

 

Modification of reservation:

  • Changing the dates of a reservation will be subject to availability and adjustments to the corresponding rates. The request must be made 72 hours before the initial date of the reservation, otherwise the guest's chosen arrival date will be maintained without refund. Changes will only be accepted once, in compliance with the rules already mentioned.

  • Changes in room type (single, double, triple, etc.), as well as changes to a higher category, will be subject to availability and payment of any difference in value. Requests must comply with the deadlines established in the rule above.

 

Services and values:

  • Rates are defined by the period of use, the date and the number of occupants.

  • Children staying with their parents up to 04 (four) years of age are exempt from paying daily rates. For children between 05 (five) and 10 (ten) years of age, special rates are considered.

 

Privacy and Assignment of Image Rights:

  • All guests and their guests hereby grant all image rights to Pousada Encantos de Socorro, arising from the capture of images by the internal security system during their stay. These images will not be transferred to third parties, except by order of police authorities or by court order.

  • Pousada Encantos de Socorro is exempt from any responsibility for the disclosure of images collected and disclosed by third parties (guests and customers), which may occur.

  • The guest accepts and agrees to use the room in accordance with good standards and customs. Any behavior contrary to good standards and public order will result in the Inn staff asking the guest to leave the establishment without any right to compensation or reimbursement. The same applies to the other areas of the Pousada Encantos de Socorro.

 

Guest Safety:

  • Respecting the privacy of other guests and the security of Pousada Encantos de Socorro, visitors and guests will only be allowed to enter with due authorization and registration at Reception, as long as they are in common areas for only 20 minutes, respecting the stipulated time from 10 am to 8 pm.

 

Responsibilities:

  • The guest is solely responsible for their choice of services and their respective suitability to their needs and Pousada Encantos de Socorro will not be responsible in this regard.

  • Any illegal, ineffective, incomplete or fraudulent reservation or payment, for reasons attributable to the guest, will result in cancellation of the reservation at the customer's expense, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.

  • The photographs presented on the website and other social networks are merely illustrative. Although the photographs reproduced provide the most accurate view possible of the facilities, variations in the accommodation services available may occur, mainly due to changes in furniture or renovations. The guest has no right to complain in this regard.

  • The Inn is not responsible for non-fulfillment or inadequate fulfillment of the reservation in cases of force majeure, actions of third parties, actions of the client or its partners, such as unavailability of the Internet network, inaccessibility of the website, external intrusion, computer viruses, or in cases of prior payment not authorized by the payer's bank.

  • Any lack of care or misuse that results in damage or loss of objects or any item made available to the guest, the guest is hereby informed that Pousada Encantos de Socorro will be required to reimburse the monetary value of the same, according to the damage rate, available at reception. The observance of the power voltage is indicated on the equipment and socket, with the prevalence of 110V voltage, with exceptions being possible in some unspecified environments.

  • The Inn is not liable to the customer in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure. Force majeure or fortuitous event are those generally recognized by Brazilian law.

 

The Daily Rate Includes:

  • Breakfast served from 8 am to 10 am;

  • Uncovered parking, inside the Inn;

  • Bed linen, bath linen, amenities and one pool towel per guest, which must be collected at reception. See rules for using towels below.

  • Cleaning service and change of sheets and towels only after the second full day (in the case of reservations for a shorter period, this service is not provided, unless requested by the guest and upon payment of extra fees).

 

Reception operation:

 

Kitchen/dining room operation:

  • From 8 am to noon;

  • Unless requested at reception from 7 am to 10 pm;

 

Games room and bar operation:

  • From 10 am to 10 pm;

 

How the sauna works:

  • From 10 am to 9 pm;

 

Pool operation:

  • From 10 am to 10 pm;

  • The use of private coolers in the pool area is not permitted;

  • Minors must always be accompanied by their guardians;

  • We do not have lifeguards at our pool;

  • Private speakers are prohibited.

 

Room tidying:

  • In order for the accommodations to be cleaned, guests must contact our staff via WhatsApp. Please note that this service is only provided after the second full day. Additional cleaning will be charged at a fee according to the table available at reception. We have adopted these measures to reduce contact with the guest's private area. We have also reduced the number of bed linen and bath towels changes, thinking about the environmental aspect, reducing the use of products that are harmful to the environment and reducing water and energy consumption.

  • Bottle opener;

  • Umbrella;

  • Hairdryer;

  • Iron.

 

Services offered for an additional fee and subject to availability:

  • Massages;

  • Laundry;

  • Bar services;

  • Cleaning and tidying of rooms outside the standard schedule.

  • Extra bath towels.

  • Extra pool towel, we do not exchange pool towels.

Internal Behaviors:

  • Smoking is not permitted in the rooms; in the event of an infraction, a fee equivalent to one daily rate will be charged.

  • Do not remove towels from the accommodations, nor use them for any type of cleaning or even in the pool. Failure to comply will result in an extra fee or even a damage fee as per the table available at reception. For use in the pool, request a specific towel at reception. Each guest will be entitled to one pool towel for the period of their stay. Should they wish to exchange one, an extra fee will be charged as per the table available at reception.

  • We are not responsible for any objects forgotten or lost on the premises of Pousada Encantos de Socorro, which are the sole responsibility of the guest. In the case of forgotten objects, we notify the guest and the objects will be stored for a period of 3 months, after which they will be discarded.

  • It is not permitted to hang clothes in the external areas of the Inn.

  • We kindly ask that you respect silence, especially until 8am and after 10pm.
